Have been looking at new SUV's for nearly a year and test drove one at another dealership. I later reached out to that dealership and submitted a request via Ford's website for an Explorer with select options. I recently traded in my 2011 explorer. My sales man was Wilbur. I've never had such great service when buying a vechile and this is my 3rd vehicle I bought. I have never enjoyed buying new cars in the past but Ron Scott and John Keyes made the purchase of my new 2016 Explorer a very pleasant experience. They understood what I was looking for and offered me a very attractive price that I could accept without any bargaining on my part. They delivered my Explorer in a spotless condition and Ron took time to explain all the varied gadgets before I drove off. I had reason to go back to have two accessories that needed to be dealer installed and Ron made sure the shop took care of these installations in a timely manner while I waited. I also had a problem with DMV issuing a new license plate when I had actually transferred my old plate to my new car. I went back to Mooresville Ford and again John and Ron resolved this issue through Sue in the office in less than 4 hours. DMV made the error and Mooresville Ford efficiently resolved this issue. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an enjoyable buying experience.
