I have never enjoyed buying new cars in the past but Ron Scott and John Keyes made the purchase of my new 2016 Explorer a very pleasant experience. I had reason to go back to have two accessories that needed to be dealer installed and Ron made sure the shop took care of these installations in a timely manner while I waited. I also had a problem with DMV issuing a new license plate when I had actually transferred my old plate to my new car. I went back to Mooresville Ford and again John and Ron resolved this issue through Sue in the office in less than 4 hours. DMV made the error and Mooresville Ford efficiently resolved this issue. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an enjoyable buying experience.

Have been looking at new SUV's for nearly a year and test drove one at another dealership.
